Good timing Grayfriar, it is New Year's Eve after all! So good to see you back here, you've been sorely missed. Your kitchen cleaned up real well after the last one. How do you like the way we redecorated? Nice and colorful, isn't it?

We need some food; how about some haggis and calf fries for starters? I'll be happy to fix them for you all, but I think I'll stick with the cheese and crackers. Keep the dog handy as I'm sure there will be plenty of scraps.

Break out the whisky, I'm ready for a drink!

How's that table dance? Didn't you notice that Maureen McGowan and I repainted while you were gone? It may look like pea soup, but we worked really hard on that. I don't know where the moonshine came from, somebody must have snuck that in when I wasn't looking. Have you tried it yet? Is it palatable?

Well......Grayfriar.......nice to see you back!
Thanx for the invite Dawn.
Moonshine? Don't look at me, I am TOO far south to be able to get my hands on any of that. We are so far south that we aren't even part of the south. We are our own world! Trust me on that one!

Boudreaux and Thibodaux shore hope ya'll passed a good time for the holidays!

I will have to come around later. Ya'll go ahead and clean up without me. I'll be back to join the party later!

Thumbs up Kitchen party

Hi, Everyone!
Sorry I missed the party! Sounds like you all had a good time! Yes, Dawn, I think we did a heck of a paint job!(considering the shape we were in at the time)
I did remember the cheesecake, though. This one is rum flavored and goes great with Bailey's Irish Cream.

Unfortunately the company I work for as an Advice Nurse decided to close the Care Center I work in here in Phoenix and as of today I am unemployed. I was, however, fortunate enough to get another job, but it doesn't start until March 19.

Seeing as how I haven't taken a vacation in almost 2 years, I am off to Austin, Texas for a week to visit a friend and take a much needed vacation.

Hope everyone is keeping well and glad to see that you're all still here! It's always nice to come back for a visit!
A little late but Happy New Year to all!

Maureen

Hi Maureen!

I was wondering what happened to you...!

I hope the employment situation wasn't too stressful. I hope you have a great time in Texas, though!

(When is Greyfriar supposed to bring out his fiddle?!)
