Internet Radio Station - Calling Unsigned Scottish Artists!

Hi Folks.

Some of you reading this might already know me as Methven from s.c*mon inn.

Those of you who hang around there will know that for the past few months I've been working on an internet radio station for Scotland. I am pleased to say that we are making progress fast!

The reason I'm writing this message is to ask any Scottish Unsigned Artists who would like their music played on the station to post. I have a load of artists from mp3.com who would also like airtime, but they are mostly American (no offence) and I feel that we should focus more on Scotland and it's music.

The genre of music that we are looking for is Pop & Rock, although we WILL consider other genres.

A sort of guide to what we are looking for would be the likes of Texas or Travis kinda music.

Note that we do NOT want to have any rights to your music, and we understand that you are the copyright holder. We will probably require a signed form saying that you have authorised us to your music, as the last thing we need is to get sued for copyright infringment.

Also, if anyone is interested in mixing together a set of seriously cool jingles, please let me know!

Post below or e-mail me if you would like your music played on the station. We have a fair amount of things to work out before the station can go live, such as DJ Schedules, the cost of setting up etc, but I am sure it will all come together in the end! The station is expected to launch in Early Autumn, although there may be a delay, depending on how much progress is made with the above complications.
