Hi everyone! I was surprised to see the new look, but I was more surprised to find that after typing for about 10 minutes on drugs and my memory, and pear cider, that our old forum was no longer any good. So I decided to start a new topic. If you ladies can think of a more fitting title for the music and art forum, or would prefer to move somewhere else, feel free. But if you do go somewhere else, don't forget to tell me.
Grayfriar, if he ever comes back, will have to build a new kitchen also.

Hi, Dawn,
Didn't know we had moved, either. I guess we'll need a new theme for the party, too. I still like rock n' roll but I also like Bagpipes. That comes from growing up in a Scots/Irish household!
Has Grayfriar seen the new paint job yet?
Maureen

My God! Wasn't Olive green a big hit in the 1970's??? (Now I'm just waiting for the burnt orange shag carpeting!)
I say, "Fire the Designer!" lol!
(besides...it totally clashes with my fair complexion!)
What happened to the nice Lilac colour that reminded me of Scottish heather....the sweet, soft green that spoke of new summer grass....I feel like I landed in the ruff somewhere...with Sheep's dung, no less!)

Awww, I think I'm the only one who likes the new colours. Oh well. I like the winter white and olive green scheme(only 'cos I love olives so much). My living room has a georgian green carpet (quite close but not so pale) with white walls and I like it very much, so there

I've always hated purple, that clashes with my skin too Willy LOL.

Thanks for starting us a new thread Dawn!

Maureen, Grayfriar did show up again, briefly, he had been in Australia and hadn't seen his wife for awhile. She was calling him from upstairs,so he had to go. I think that was last weekend, he has been making up for lost time, as he hasn't been back. lol

Thanks Eve.

Have they now changed it to gray, or am I seeing things? What does gray do for your complexions, ladies?
Nice to see everyone here, but I think we are missing T-Bird. I should have let her start the new topic, as she missed the request button for email notification on her last one.
