I really like Scottish traditional/folk music, but had never heard of that song, so i was intrigued and determined to find something for you. Sorry... i tried looking it up on 2 or 3 sites that show the lyrics to traditional Scottish songs, but it wasnt on any of them using the line you quoted as a title.
One of the sites offered a search facility in case you dont know the title, but know that line is in there somewhere... but came up with nothing.
