What do you think of the Proclaimers?

I went to see them in concert last year and I am going to see them again at the end of the year.

I think they are brilliant, what do others think of them?

Hello there everyone,

I have wanted to see The Proclaimers for some time now but have never had the chance! How was the concert last year, enthralling no doubt!

Cheers-

The concert was great. No fancy lights, special effects, anything. Just them and their band on the stage singing.

It was in a smallish civic centre and it was jam packed with people, jumping about, having a great time!

I can't wait to go and see them again at the end of the year!

The Best of the Proclaimers is a good 'taster' album
http://www.livedaily.com/artist/albu....html?act=1139

It has all their big hits '5000 miles', 'Sunshine on Leith' etc... Highly recommended :d

Couldn't agree more Polwarth, that album is brilliant.

I think Sunshine on Leith has to be one of my favourites but in saying that, I don't think they have done any songs which I don't like!

Thanks a lot for the information on which albums for me to check out. I don't suppose they ever come to the states, eh?
