I wonder if any one can help me. Does anyone know of any contemporary bands with singing in gaelic.

I am a fan of Runrig, but other i have been unable to find other music sang in gaelic other than that based on more traditional forms.

well... I can help you much... I don't know any band singing in gaelic, but I know a few celtic rock bands... and they're mostly polish bands (but playing great celtic!)... I don't know if you're still interested but they're names are : Shannon, Rinmead, The Reelium, Irish Connection.

No problem:] did I wrote about Beltaine? that is quite new but great band... most mp3 of them you can get on their sites, but they're mostly in polish only... so it can be hard for you... but some links:
