You have to listen to Old Blind Dogs.
They are just the best! If you go to http://www.greenlinnet.com you can hear their whole album for free!
There are also a large selection of other Scottish/Gaelic music there as well.

Yep, I know them! I've got a few songs of them on the CD '25 years Greenlinnet'. Weren't really sure if they were scottish though...well thanks for telling me!

I love The Delgados and Belle and Sebastian. And of course Travis. Travis RULES!!! Also, Arab Strap...but they could be a bit dark....Lloyd Cole is a crowd pleaser as well.
