Babz,
You have a ticket? Lucky woman, you are!!!
It must be a great event at Stirling Castle - 23th August, right? Too bad, then I`m back home again. I´ve read that this concert will be recorded as DVD.

I have a ticket for the German concert here in Hamburg, a wee one in comparison with Stirling, at most 1500 people - in a club/bar at the Reeperbahn! But I´m sure it will be fantastic.
Runrig isn`t realy famous here, Germans go more for common music, I suppose.
My husband says, because of my taste of music (Salsa, Merengue AND Runig, Pipe & Drums) I`m a little bit crazy, but still harmless. At least not a real German, whatever that mean.
Luckily my colleage and friend is also fond of that kind of music - so every morning at 6.30 am we start our office-day with a cd, and I must not visit all events alone (Reeperbahn at night for a woman with no escort...- if your are not build like a tank with some proficiency of self-defense...o-là-là-là, a Frenchman would say )
