Good Morning, May i get your advise?

Dear all,

I am new to this Forum. I studied in Stirling U (1995). My family (my wife w 3 kids) all love Scotland as we stayed last two full summers in stirling.
Currently, we live in HK and got a plan to move Stirling. We did check the school fee (Beaconhurst) for my 3 kids. Just wonder whether there is any NHS for my family if we five members really move to Stirling.

Is it easy now apply for Immigration Visa or even Citizenship in Scotland?
Much appreciated if anyone can give me some advises.

Many thanks/David Lo

There is no Scottish passport at the moment, we are all uk nationals. However, who knows what will happen in the future.

If you fall into any specific skills set that we need, then you would be granted a visa. Look on the UKBA website for all relevant info on visa requirements.

It appears a little premature to be looking at schools and access to the NHS before even researching visa requirements!
