Biography

I am 56, female. I travel to Scotland as often as I can; my great-grandfather immigrated from Strichen to Vermont in the late 1800's. I was brought up in New England, and have lived in Canada, the Bahamas, the Southwestern US, and California.

Interests

I read A LOT; I love to communicate with people (reason for being here) and I am a gourmet (vegetarian) cook.

Occupation

I've been a yoga teacher & bodyworker for 30+ years, a bodywork teacher for ten, and a somatic psychotherapist for three. I am the manager of the first "green" spa in California (the second one in the US).
