Besides Trainspotting....what films and novels are there set in Edinburgh?

Wasn't Trainspotting set in Glasgow? Maybe not, it just seems I'd read that in the descriprtion when it came on a movie network here.

I checked the movie listing again, it does say Glasgow!

You mean you "win" against whatever film listing site it was, or you win against me? The book was most definitely not set in Glasgow and, although I got bored watching the film and gave up halfway through, I'd be very surprised had they moved it to Glasgow. Heavens, if they had set it in Glasgow, I should have had a greater chance of understanding the language used, for one thing.
