Not that I am keen to 'claim' Trainspotting - but it was DEFINITELY set in Edinburgh.

Isn't it GREAT when you find such a booh-booh? Still, I suppose foreigners have real problems in detecting WHERE our accents come from!

It's still very silly of whatever site it was though. A quick look at the book might have helped them. Yes, right, the Lothian & Borders police somehow exist in Glasgow, and the Edinburgh Festival. And Leith is right next door ......

And Glasgow gets all very exited about Hibs and Hearts. Of courses it does.

And gets really quite nasty about people it calls "weegies".

Blah. Accuracy? Perhaps it is a film site run by Dan Brown.

Awww, c'moan mah little B&W pal...... It's prolly a Murcan site..... how can they possibly unnerstaun that thur ur twa Sighthills, ur that Leith is wannae the less salubrious suburb of wur capital? (Dinnae let raffy read that comment, fur goodness sake!)

And aebdi kens - Hibees and the Jamboes are the topic of conversation in every hostelry in Glasgow (aren't they?!!!)

Hahaha. One of the many thigns I had to stop and try to work out was

Jambo = Jam Tart = Hearts supporter.
