Favorite Scots Acotrs

I agree that David O'Hara is great. Always seems to be playing an Irishman, though.

Ally McCoist was good in A Shot At Glory. Does anyone know if he has anything else in the works?

Angus MacFadyen who played The Bruce in Braveheart & was recently in The Divine Secrets of the Ya-Ya Sisterhood is also pretty good.

Kelly MacDonald was great in Gosford Park.

tbh

From forth the fatal loins of these two foes
A pair of star-cross'd lovers take their life;
Whole misadventured piteous overthrows
Do with their death bury their parents' strife.
The fearful passage of their death-mark'd love,
And the continuance of their parents' rage,
Which, but their children's end, nought could remove,
Is now the two hours' traffic of our stage;
The which if you with patient ears attend,
What here shall miss, our toil shall strive to mend.

There is no better scottish actor than Ewan McGregor. I know he doesn't have all the years behind him as others do but he is still the best. In almost all his movie's you can find him falling in love, and ther's something to say about that. Plus he is not afraid to do things other actors wouldn't even dream of doing. He is willing to make a seen. And as a person he is a great guy and he makes a wonderful role model for anybody.
