Looking for readers of these fine authors. You either love them or you hate them! But you have to admit they are interesting.

Question

Ollyright... since I must rely on Interlibrary loan for books, I need about a month or so lead time to get books, then a couple of weeks to read them.

Anyone else interested?

Welcome, Arie!
I suggest we start with filth, by Irvine Welsh. You think you can get it at the library, Sonsie? I kind of think it may be hard.
Otherwise, let's try Bucket of Tongues, by Duncan McLean. It won the Booker prize, or the Somerset Maugham or something, so it should be easier to get. Let me know when you find one!

I'll start looking. I seem to remember seeing the occasional mention by people who are fans of Irvine Welsh, so maybe we can pull in some more people. I'll look for "Filth" first, and "Bucket of Tongues" second.
