(Becca, stop askin' these questions!...but...I amn't lecturin' ya here)

The Latin translation is reasonably good, except for a few "archaic" words that have newer counterparts....Becca, m' love...it's "Glasgawegian" or, more informally, "Glesga"!

(Or at least it was when I was a young tad there...back in th' dim pre-history of th' 20th Century...anybody seen my walker and my teeth....?)

*this is an offical statement from the Office of the Vice Minister

Jackie, stop following me around! I'm gonna have to look each time I enter a room to make sure you're not there! Don't you know that the best way to keep your mind young is to ask questions? I know I keep making these faux pas, but no one ever told me the rules.<snif> I was told a long time ago, that the best way to start conversations is to ask questions. Well, you're blowin that theory all to hell! I'm just trying to be a good participant. Really!
Whew, I think that was one of my longest messages and thoughts!

Hi Diane, I know, I'm just teasing! Although I think I'm playing on his last nerve! I asked a question over on the music page about a gaelic word and guess who answered? Right, so I think he's getting a little touchy with my questions.

Honey, He should be glad he's got so much wisdom up there to share. That's what this place is all about, isn't it? If we knew everything about Scotland, I mean, why be here? It's okay. I know sometimes something I write can come across a little rougher than I meant it. (Hint: If you ever think I'm saying something mean to you, ask me, 'cause that's definitely not the way it was meant.) Zsheesh, I'm starting to feel like Doris Day! Que sera, sera... Anyways, Jack, honey, where are you? - Diane

Golly gee Doris, I feel much better! Glad we don't have to explain who Doris Day is. Well, you didn't really think I'd stop asking questions did you?
