I loved Shaun of the Dead, but I almost wouldn't classify it as a horror since it was so funny! I do recall seeing Children of the Corn as a kid and being scared witless, so perhaps that sticks in my mind as being one of the best.

Im waiting to see Hostal,I have heared it is very good, just have to wait and see.Has anyone seen it yet?

I watched Saw II tonight and I agree that it was better than the first one, but I still just didn't really like it. I was disappointed with the first one too. I like the concept of the movies, but I just find them lacking.

I always loved the original Dawn of the Dead, the Magnum Opus of Sir George Romero.

However in interest to the scots here the semi horror and great british film Wicker Man is a tremendous movie. It isn't a traditional horror but then again it isn't a traditional anything, it's just well worth watching for any adult.

(Note that last word).

I agree the wicker man is fantastic, very creepy, unerving and christpher lee is excellant.

unfortuntly hollywood has got it talons on it and nicolas cage (crappest actor ever) is staring in its remake (set in america).
the only thing worth watching the remake for will be seeing anjelina jolie get in the buff.
