Does anyone here read Dick Fracis?

What do you think of his lastet 2, Second Wind and Shattered?

I've bought my husband a dick Francis every year for Christmas since about 1970!

The last 2 have been pretty poor - which gives credence to the belief that Dick's wife, Mary, helped with the writing of the novels... she died a couple of years ago.

The earlier ones were MUCH better than the later novels.

Have you heard of Colin Johnston?

He writes novels based in Scotland in the near future after a post apocolyptic war... quite interesting..
