Sharp_Kid...the movie proves that exact point! It's good. Lauren Bacall, Jeff Bridges, Mimi Rogers, Pierce Brosnan, etc. are great. Barbara Streisand is well...Barbara Streisand...what more can I say? You just have to deal.

LOL And yeah, you probably DO have to be gay to watch Barbara Streisand movies. My ex-fiancee (who actually turned out to be gay) thought the movie was "quite charming".

LOL He even used to paint my nails for me and we'd watch "chick flicks" together and cry. Why didn't I get it? Well, I must have been thrown off by all the steamy making out that was going on.
