I would love to learn more about my favorite bard, Robert Burns.
I've discovered his works a few years ago--out of curiosity, really--and am fascinated with learning more about him. Want to hear from other Burns enthusists, preferably from Ayrshire and Dumfries but will welcome all that reply to my thread! Thanks, Lidia |

Hi Lidia,
I was at a Highland Gathering this summer ( I know...we Americans and our Highland Gatherings ), and I purchased a miniature book of poems by Robert Burns. It's titled simply Robert Burns and is published by Lomond Books. I've been reading it a little at a time, as I'm trying to learn Scots. I really enjoy it. Sorry I can't provide you with any information about him as I am just a beginner.Aw the best, Gwen |
