Sapph

Hi Sapph,

May I ask you something personal? Have you ever thought about writing professionaly?
You write well, woman and you are also very sensitive. I can't imagine you being in front of a computer all day. You need to be surrounded by people. Or maybe everything I'm saying is bull****. But that's the feeling I have.

I liked the last post very much Wiz.
I'm gonna add it to my "sacred files", hehe...

Cheers
Gala

Racial and sexual stereotyping, casual put-downs that consign another person to non-human status, is so demeaning that it is hard to believe the speaker really means it. We've become so habituated to the put-down that its hard to be aware of how disrespectful it can be, to ourselves as well as others.

This competetive attitude keeps us jockeying for position, leads us constantly to measure where we stand, and assumes that there is only a limited amount of rightness in the world.

We're both all right, and if we're going to have a relationship that lets us be self respectful as well as respectful of one another, we'll act as if we're both right. We won't call each other chicks, pigs, big apes, or foxes. We won't call each other by our body parts or ethnic groups, either; we'll recognise each others full and individual humanity.

----------------------------------------------

I will today in honour of my name and thus honour others.

Yes, I know what you mean... unfortunately I had my biggest "insights" and "artistic moments" when I was emotional or depressed. But somehow, I found a way to create without having to be depressed for it: To be in touch with my spirituality.
I haven't been depressed in a long time either. Those who see the world under a different perspective tend to be a little bit more emotional, maybe. I'm fine about that as long as it doesn't hurt me.

Concerning the "sacred file", how cool! You have one too! Mine is now in my hard disk, hehe, but I used to have a little book as well. As I like sharing the poems and thoughts I like with people, it's easier to copy and paste rather than to type it all over again...

Good to hear from ya again
By the way, would ya be able to host my signature?

Talk to ya later
Ren
