a mach air anns an co-theacsa

Se treamsgall a tha ann gur e "Scots" a tha an cānan seo a mach air anns an co-theacsa far a bheil e a` ciallachadh an cānan ionadail san duthaich aig na daoine Albannaich an diugh. Carson nach e cānan diofrachte na Bheurla a tha Geordie neo Scouse cuideachd? Smath gu bheil seo air sgāths nach eil buidheann poileataiceach ann an aghaidh an smuain gur e dual-chainntean ionadail a tha annta.

Its nonsense to call this language Scots apart from in the sense of it being the local form of English. Why aren't Geordie and Scouse languages too? Perhaps its down to there being no political objection to them being classed as local dialects of English.
