Only a very few of the members here speak Gaelic - and you are really taking a chance by asking anyone online for a translation - if you can't read the language, how can you be sure that what you have been told is correct?

Good point Polwarth. I met a guy at a Highland Game here in the US... I approached him because he had a tattoo in Gàidhlig... and I had to tell him it was WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!

bwahahaha!! He took words he looked up in a dictionary and had them tattooed on himself... Then he asked me how to pronounce what he had tattooed on him...

It blows my mind
