Yep. And it doesn't bother me with Irish and Americans filling up this forum.

You can call me a Troll all you like. I look like one!

But I'm Scots and I don't give a feck and I like a fight. And you are from Exeter California. So...........

Sigh........
no, I am afraid that it was you that decided to become a troll by your actions! I am not some lord upon high on deciding trolls you know! I am not some sort of troll-buster! i am not even a moderator on here any more!
I agree though, the more Irish and Americans that take interest in our culture will eventually mean more tourist monies for Scotland. I personally think that is a great thing! I however, was born in Scotland and I am Scottish.
I have called you nothing Kern, I have merely stated the obvious, I presume, as a grown up, you can accept reality.
I at no time during my correspondence with you, have denounced your right to be Scots, it is a very proud thing to call yourself. I couldn't care less if you like a fight or not as I am typing this half the world away from you and I doubt your arms are that long!
And lastly. I am typing this from California, but I will never be from California.

He will be doing it elsewhere as I have suspended him......the reasons I gave to him are..................

After complaints from members about your attitude and verbal insults I read a number of your posts
and I decided that you are to be suspended for behaviour not condusive to the smooth running of
the site

You can now get the thread back on track

"I don't give a shyte for . . "

I don't approve of the expression. It is coarse, but it is not swearing.

When I started reading this thread I was delighted to see the posts in Gaelic even though I do not have the Gaelic myself.

Why is it rare to see posts in Gaelic in response to Gaelic articles in the on-line Scotsman? I am disappointed by this as I have always supported anything to encourage and widen the use of Gaelic.

Will you Gaelic speakers please consider yourselves rebuked - in the nicest possible way, of course.

Hugo
