Model dies at Labour Conference

This news was buried quickly...

Quote:
A young model fell to her death from an apartment balcony at a hotel being used by delegates attending the Labour party conference.

The 23-year-old, who has been named in reports as Latvian model Laura Pahomova, plunged nine floors to her death at the Light Boutique Aparthotel in Manchester.

The hotel has 55 serviced apartments on its upper floors as well as some penthouse accommodation.
Labour delegate Dina Livingston told the Lancashire Telegraph: "I was in my room having a nap when the police knocked on my door. They said a woman had fallen on to a balcony and died.
"I think they were unsure whether it was an accident or not and were asking all the guests what they had seen. It's harrowing for someone to lose their life like this."
Ms Pahomova reportedly came to the UK from Latvia several years ago to study and live in Blackburn.

Although she lived in Blackburn, the 23-year-old had rented a £99-a-night serviced apartment at the Manchester hotel, which last weekend was packed with delegates from the Labour conference being staged in the city.

And your point is?

A tragic death occurs in a hotel which happens to be used by some delegates to the Labour Party conference. Are you suggesting that there is some connection? If so, state what it is; if not, then why even make the post?

Let's see. She's renting a 99 pound a night serviced flat in central Manchester, even though she has a place she lives in Blackburn, just down the road. Even though she's a student, and even though she's a migrant from Latvia. You join the dots.

She's also described as a model, even though most of the modelling pictures of her are scantily clad.

Why would she have two places near each other? And how the hell could she afford the flat? If she was rich, she wouldn't live in Blackburn, and if she was poor, she wouldn't have the £99 pn flat. Something wrong with this picture.

So that people can draw their own conclusions, and use their God given intelligence. Sometimes it's a good thing to practice doing so, considering how much is handed to folk on a plate on the TV etc.

I think it's fairly obvious that there is something wrong with this whole picture. There are three possible conclusions, I can think of, none of them good.

Can you explain how a student, who lives in Blackburn, from a poor country affords a £99 per night serviced flat in a nearby city centre?
