I would have to agree...as an American I have opinions I just wanted to know why people from other countries cared. But then again I concede that America has a lot of influence all over the world so what we do tends to effect alot of people.

As a non American I would have to say George W Bush was the worst. He had an opportunity after 9/11 to show he was a great statesman and he enjoyed a level of public support in the US that was unprecedented but like Tony Blair he suffered from hubris - I think the two of them fed off each other and perpetuated their self-delusions - and that was his undoing. Removing the nearest thing the middle east had to a secular state and replacing it with what amounts to an Islamic theocracy-because in spite of the facade that is what Iraq is-has to be one of the worst foreign policy blunders any US President has ever made.
