Anti-Israel does not equate to anti-semite.
Otherwise, your anti-palestine stance is anti-islamic.
Besides, you'd find that Iran and syria are bankrolling the hezbollah terrorists and we are bankrolling the Israeli terrorists ( IDF). No different, so quit trying to make it seem like one side is right and the other is wrong.

i resent the israelli forces being regarded as terrorists like hezbollah and hamas. if you want to regard the isarellis as terrorists then they cannot be regarded 'as bad' due to not resorting to homicide bombing cafes and bars. if so then we are all terrorist minded and i know of no army, in 2006, that sets out to delibaretly murdder innocents in cafes and bars.

there is little moral high ground here but in this area the israeli's can justly sit on top the local high ground.

The Israelis have crossed a line with the extent of their attack which removes any claim to legitimacy they might have had. They have destroyed the liveliehoods of Lebanese for years to come-their targets include a milk factory and educational facilities with not even a remote link to Hezbollah. It's all about intimidation of a weak country with no armed forces to speak of that are capable of fighting the Israeli war machine-the military super power versus the tiny third world country. Incidentally the Lebanese governmment had sought advice from the US and UK on how to meet its defence needs with a view to procuring armaments and equipment. The message to the Lebanese however is with friends like us blindly supporting Israel you don't need enemies. Maybe next time the Lebanese need military advice they'll ask the Russians who probably won't be as quick as Blair and Bush to stab them in the back.

Hezbollah are outlawed in the US for one and sending arms and such to Lebanon would be giving them to the ruling army...Hezbollah. Hezbollah has the strength...or else Lebanon would have disarmed them by now? The reason they haven't is why? Has anyone thought of that?

wild-in-tent,
The Lebanese army is already supplied with US, French and British weaponry. In case you haven't noticed Hezbollah use Russian and Chinese AK47s and RPGs, so no western supplied weaponry is in their armouries. The Lebanese army was kept small precisely because of the religious and ethnic divisions in the country. Its officers are predominately Christian and the fear was that a powerful army would get embroiled in the Arab-Israeli conflict. Of course the Lebanese army couldn't disarm Hezbollah-which is why it's wrong to collectively punish the Lebanese people- but it is the failing of the international community who didn't attempt to address the issue. Perhaps the one good thing to come out of this is that the international community will have no choice but to try and deal with the problem of Hezbollah and provide the means to do it.

i'm afraid that when hezzbollah terrorists hide behind innocents and use 'legitimate' business's to train/hide/use weaponry then apparent 'innocent' attacks are in fact based on sound intelligence.

how does a 3rd world country manage to launch 700 missiles, carry out cross border raids to kill/kidnap troops and finance the families of homicide bombers manage.

3rd world? nah. new world order.
