I've just noticed your thread, Indy. I see that Otautahi, where she has given as her location, is Maori for Christchurch. All very worrying.

and folks , thank you for thinking of me .
I am ok , tho the house that I lived in is not .... nor is my computer .
Many lost loved ones , I did not .
Many lost their homes , I didn't ,
and many lost their livelihoods , I did not .
(mine has gone from bust to boom ,
I'm a construction carpenter ).

Our Pacific cousins in Japan have suffered greatly .
We will all come thru this , learn from our town planning mistakes , and rise again .
