Human rights in Scotland is a joke.

Men dont get there pension till 65, women 60.
No reason.

Men are charged 20% more for car insurance. It is legal to sexually disrimminate against men on bases of insurance in Scots law, even althought there is absolutely no evidence to suggest higher risk. Even if there was, a man does not get treated as an equal human being, he is automatically categorised. I think we should give ethnic minorities cheaper insurance, if you go on the same therios as brokers, but that would be racist..not allowed...but being sexist is!

Child custody!!!

6 times more men die through suicide in scotlands prisons than in female prisons in Scotland yet the gov. yet the gov. is combatting female suicide.

Human rights in Scotland is a joke!!!

By the time I retire the age to draw social security (if it is still there) will be raised to 70+ I'm sure.

Here anyone under 25 has high car insurance. Like at age 25 they start driving nice?

Well what else.....can we talk taxes? Not human rights but..........as the new republicans take a hold of the government the rich get richer and the poor get poorer.

Part of the United Nations international charter onhumans rights stipulate that there is a right to education in your first (mother) language.
This does not happen in Scotland. The English government has decreed that 'Scots' is not a language and it does not offically exist despite the fact that more than 3,000,000 people speak it to one degree or another.
Gaelic, the other langauge, is recognised as a language but that is all. You have no rights to speak it, indeed people were punished in the past for doing so. There is no official status for the language, you cannot use it in courts or in business and despite the saying that they wish to protect these cultures, it is clear that there is an unwritten policy to let the langauge die or dis-appear.
The politicians in this country, although we're not alone here, are a joke.

Cool

The one that puzzles me, and yes I'm in the states.

America is "The land of the free, and the home of the brave"

We have more laws to obey here in the states than some countries with more people.

It is crazy...let's see murder, manslaughter, and homicide.

All three are the same, but to the american system. It matters whether it was with a gun, knife, or car.

I saw who cares.....The only important thing to know is whether is was an accident or not.

The tax system is rediculous(in my opinion) The American gov. have a tax surplus account that money gets rolled into every year. It is over 2 trillion dollars last I heard. Yet they keep jacking up our taxes, claiming we have a massive defecit.

The last thing is.....the wage law...they keep increasing the minimum wage to make it easier for people to make ends meet, but all it does is cause everyone else to increase there prices because they have to shell out more money. On top of that people wind up paying more in taxes.

Okay I'm done.....but that is my opinion of the Amer. system.

oh and Goose I totally agree with there not being any social security in the future.

There is a difference between the two.Homicide means to kill someone, however murder means an unlawful premeditated killing.

Why is Human rights more for the Guilty than for the VIctim

The victim gets run over and killed by drunk driver

The Drunk driver gets to do Gardens in Community Hours to compensate killing someone, few month later ready to drink and kill again.

So who is Human rights for :
