Household work is never done...don't we need some humor, too? (these may be moved to another location...)
Life's short...eat dessert first. A messy kitchen is a happy kitchen and this kitchen is delirious. If we are what we eat, then I'm fast, cheap, and easy. Got a small cut? If you're out of antibacterial ointment, put a dab of honey on the cut, then cover it with a bandage. Honey is a natural antibacterial, and it moisturizes, too.---A.J., Sewell, New Jersey My sister nailed pieces of cork to the ends of the runner of her child's rocking chair so the chair wouldn't tip over. ---A.W.; Spring Hill, FL To have less hectic mornings when my kids were in grade school, I kept a bench near the front door on which they'd place their homework, lunch money, and anything else they needed for school the next day.---M.L.A.; New Castle, PA |

Which remnds me of our Romanian cook. He had some spaghetti left over the other day so mixed it with rasberry jam and custard, spaghetti pudding. he has also taken leftover Yorkshire puddings, (normally eaten with roast beef and gravy) filled them with chocolate moose, covered them with cream, and there you have another sweet????????? Believe it or not, both tasted pretty good.
