How about that one:

Never deep-fry beer or coke.

[i]lmao..

Nope! Can't say that Ive ever heard that one before..lmao..

You must tell why however.. lol

I don't actually fry anything.. lol.. Not even Chicken Cutlets.. Them.. like all meats.. I boil in water in the over.. lol.. Well its actually good.. I do dip them in Bread crumbs.. but then place them in a Glass Pyrex dish.. Then just add a wee bit of water to the bottom ....

The meat tends to soak up the water while cooking and is extreamlly moist when done .. and no added fats or bad thingys for the heart ... however.. not as fun (some would say) as a fried chicken cutlet... lol

Ghee - I meant deep-freeze, did I say deep-fry??? I should have stayed in bed today. Dad put a beer in the freezer last summer and it exploded when we got it out again.

As for the chicken cutlet, I only use white wine instead of water, it makes the meat more tender. The alcohol disappears through the heat. Instead of bread crumbs, I use ground almonds. And instead of glass pyrex, a huge Spanish oven-proof clay dish. Olé!

My daughter made me find out something new today: It stinks and it is not suitable to grill jellybeans in the sandwichmaker.

Ghee, we got it clean in the end, and she helped cleaning. So in the end, we both had a sugarfree banana sandwich. I am happy she is not all too fond of sweets and that she loves apples and bananas and wholegrain bread.
