Having read many and varied historical and fictional books about Scotland and it's colourful history, naturally I have come across many definitions of the origin of caber tossing replete with log types and dimensions thereof.Does anyone know of an authoritative source of information regarding this sport.Having had the good fortune to be born in Scotland,my friends expect me to be the resident authority on this subject as well as many others.A job I don't do very well I might add.
I would appreciate any and all help on this matter, thank you in advance.
Yours Respectfully.
