Thistle Oil Engine

Hi,
i am researching a engine called a Thistle oil engine.
It was built in Scotland in the late 1800s and early 1900s, by Bow, Mclachlan & co,
in Paisley.
I was wondering if anyone had any information,or do you have any other suggestions?.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Cheers,
Chester Smith
