Id like to know how your mind ticks. A strange new world but entertaining.

everything there must be based on different rules of nature but worth studying

I suspect that, if indeed, this is text composed from real languages, possibly Farsi or other Asian language, then it ought to be written in native characters/idoiograms rather than text. Our understanding will not be reduced.

You're right there Lachie , but given that as it is , none of it is contributing to the discussion on this or any other thread , I reckon it to be troll spam .

"There is the case of the Highlands of Scotland as a parallel. The almost impossible was done there. I look for the future to education. It is through the young idea that we must succeed in South Africa. English must be the language there. It may seem hard to kill, so to speak, a nation by making another language compulsory, but it is a sure way and the best way. Nothing but English should be taught, and then the children would think in English and act as English children."

Given that his fame was especially high in his native Scotland after his crucial part in winning the Battle of Omdurman it is small wonder that no native Scots-Gaelic speakers exist anywhere near Dingwall, Scotland, today. Such was his influence.

Duthill (a name which some suspect you cannot pronounce properly in Scots-Gaelic). Scots-Gaels can!

Post after post, from the other end of the planet, your outrageous medication-influenced views about Scottish subjects are suspiciously condoned by the like-minded Anglophone few who dominate Scotland.com/forums.

Blimey!

Inform us, Duthill, from a far-away country; educate us please? Was the quisling, Major-General MacDonall right or wrong in his opinion about English linguistic imperialism?

Some of us, familiar with your posts, suspect that you will, typically, change the subject because you are not willing to answer truthfully. Then, if challenged, you will resort to personal abuse. You are not alone. That is the typical response from the usual suspects on his board. We await your usual responce.

Admin ,
the warning that was given to the member Peter Sandy the last time , by the the deleting of its abusive posts , when it accused members of this community of mental instability and drug abuse do not seem to have had the desired effect .
