Pre History

Hello all, an American cousin here. Originally Wigtownshire by way of Ulster to Appalachians of the US. I am looking for suggested books that discuss or are placed in Pre-historic Scotland I have read several of Moffat books so looking for another author either fact or fiction. Thanks for any suggestions, appreciate any response.

Its actually pretty hard to learn to write in another language and Houssine probably speaks at least three and maybe four before tackling English (French, Maghrebi Arabic, Standard Arabic which is actually for all intents and purposes another language) and maybe a Tamazigh language, ie Berber. This is the context in which his attempts to communicate in English should be judged and he seems to have an interest in Scottish history which should be encouraged as he might want to visit the country and invest in the tourist industry.
