Israelism
This is a claim that was extremely common all over Europe in those days. Snorri Sturleson, the great Icelandic Patriot and Poet, made the same claim about Norwegian people around 1,000 AD.
However, while elements of the House of Israel were absorbed into European populations, there was a multitude of other people already in Europe. Hebrew is not even an Indo-European language. A lot of the claims you see are total bs. The one I see all the time is "Tuatha de Dannan" means Tribe of Dan. As in the seafaring Israelite Tribe of Dan. However in reality Tuatha de Dannan means followers of the Goddess Dannan. There are many other examples. There were people claimed they were long lots Israelites, just as people have claimed a lot of other goofy stuff.

Latin
Latin comes from Italic. It is a Indo-European language. Gaelic is also an Indo-European Language.
Hebrew is a Semitic language. It's not part of the same family. It is probable that members of Israelite tribes were absorbed into European populations, but the Hebrew language has no influence of any European languages.
