Probably right,as in the next book he has him sitting in a banquet at a castle in the Highlands having a yarn in Gaelic.
The castle belonged to some women he was supposed to have a bit of a fling with. His wife, Lady Ulster, was incarcerated at the time by Edward. No harm in poetic licence,but I think he could have shown a wee bit more continuity as regards the language bit. I got the Stewart trilogy after that. Not bad either. |
