could someone please tell me what they wore.... i know the obvious but could you tell me the names of some of the garments and what they would have been made of etc??
also... being aware that nothing was worn under the kilt.. i have to ask... wasnt it frightfully cold down there??? |

I have two books you might want to try Mell. One is Periods in Highland History by I.F. Grand & Hugh Cheape and the other is Scotland /An Intimate Portrait by Geddes MacGregor. I'm always scouring the bookstores for books on Scottish history and such. If I find any others I'll make sure to post them. |
