Question Just thought I'd ask again

to see how you were doing Babz??? Sorry to have missed you last week, but Glasgow sends it's best wishes.

Hope everything is going OK and the ball is doing it's work. Well done for losing the weight in the first place - I know it takes effort! :-)

Hugs from White-Tiger

Weight and Exercise?

Hi everyone
I looked through this link hoping to find something i didn't yet know about, but i didn't, so i thought i would post my own 2cents here

Babz, I hope things are working for you, i am very curious to know.
I have an amazing book for working out, but don't think its appropriate with your back problems, but for others that may be interested, its called "BodyChange", by Montel Williams and Wini Linguvic. I had to get an exercise ball to help me do some of the movements, and i tell you, you do notice a bit of a change after 3 weeks.
I went on Weight Watchers after that, and have lost 11 lbs so far, so i stopped doing the workout for now (I keep hearing that muscle weighs more than fat and i dont' want them to tell me I gained lol) but also, the more you workout the more you loose, and you will be looking the weight and staying fit at the same time. I am so confused!! But I can't wait to get back into it. Its the first time i have missed not doing a workout in my life.
I found the book looking through Canadian bookstore sites, and i am sure you can find it on Amazon, if you are interested

Good luck to everyone!!!!
