Im wanting to train to be a midwife and need to pass a health test to get into the uni course.

any tips on how to get fit for this and get generally healthy?

Where are you going to school at? I don't remember having to take a health test to go to uni. But you probably WILL have ot have the Hep B shots, and be up to date on all of your vaccinations. As for a health physical type of thing, I think they're mainly going to want to know that you are able to stay on your feet for hours at a time-- not necessarily being capable of running 5 miles.
