During these trying and stressful times in the world and at home, be sure not to neglect yourself. If you do nothing else for your body, walk 10 min. a day. Use it as a kind of meditation. Your mind, spirit, and body will all benefit. Do it outside(day hours) for the vit. D/calcium absorption in the bones.
