Weight loss tips?

Hi,
I'm new here to this site. I was wondering if anyone has any helpful weight loss tips? I would like to lose some weight , but I haven't had much of that luck lately.I was doing a web search on diets and I came across a diet pill called natural slim down fast. Has anyone heard of this? If someone give me some tips I would like to heard them. Thanks |

I believe that there is no such thing as a wonder pill, a friend of mine ill advisedly took a similar type of pill a few years back, it made her very ill and efected her like a narcotic. I find the best way is plain old watch what you eat and plenty of exercise. Cut out fatty foods and snack such as crisps, chocolate, biscuits etc. If it's an actual diet your looking for, then I'm sure that there are alot of really good ones out there and some of the members here will be able to help you. I'm at 140lb. and have recently embraced it. I look good at 140. Even when I was exercising 5 days/week (step aerobics) and weight lifting, I went down two sizes and stayed at 140.
I exercise now by walking 10-20 min. and do push-ups (15 reps. 3-5sets) 5 days. Oh yeah, squats, squats, and more squats. They hurt but the rewards of good looking (albeit short) legs! I'm trying to get into yoga ("kill two bird's with one stone" outlook... exercise plus meditation). This is very new to me. One week and trying, trying, trying. Wish me luck!
