My advice would be to have more sleep, all the lotions and potions won't work if your face etc is not
getting time to relax and regenerate !!

Moisturiser and facial creams might be a quick fix but in the long run you need to look after yourself !!!!!!

Failing that, you could get a sharp stick and use it to poke your colleagues' eyes out. That ought to put an end to such remarks.

OR, if you can get them to think you are *really* unwell, perhaps they will let you stay off work to be ill at home. See? Clouds >>>>> silver linings.

Or spend time with even worse looking collegues that you think you are!

Want to look thinner, have fatter friends,
Want to look younger, find older friends. . .

See the pattern? LOL

Feeling like you look ugly is most probably your own biased opinion. In reality most people will
disagree with you and tell you you need to sort your head out.
Get some confidence and reach for the sky!
If you really can't be convinced, then you should always get advice from someone
who has been clinically trained.
Results can be amazing and, if you consider how long they last, can be really cost effective.
Try this link for a local company - (LINK DELETED BY BABZ)

The address you gave out has been deleted......SPAM is what we call it and that is not allowed
in our site !!!!!!!!!!!

I do wonder how you know if this is local to the original poster !!

I agree with Babz, sleep is the key issue here....and I wonder why you are up all night...you say "lately" so I wonder if it's studying for exams, or stress-related, perhaps? While most would look to caffeine and sugar as reasons for being awake all night, sometimes there are other food allergies that can have the same effect. Some of the "power" drinks have such high doses of the B vitamins that they keep the body revved up for hours and hours. These are just some suggestions that you may want to consider...hope there is some help here. And, professional help may be warranted; and if you're of an alternative medicine frame of mind, you can still get the reason(s) nailed down and then make conscious choices from there. Be well.
