To me, these are suggestions that sre
supposed' to helppeopls improve their health; IF you know some agree with you...then...GOOD; otherwise...I think each person needs to DO what they KNOW is good for THEM; personally, I LOVE coffee, and drink it ALL the time; therefore, I'm very pleased when I read that's it's good for you! Did you also know that studies show that DARK CHOCOLATE is good for you? Hurray!!
