Feeling like you look ugly is most probably your own biased opinion. In reality most people will
disagree with you and tell you you need to sort your head out. Get some confidence and reach for the sky! If you really can't be convinced, then you should always get advice from someone who has been clinically trained. Results can be amazing and, if you consider how long they last, can be really cost effective. I agree with Babz, sleep is the key issue here....and I wonder why you are up all night...you say "lately" so I wonder if it's studying for exams, or stress-related, perhaps? While most would look to caffeine and sugar as reasons for being awake all night, sometimes there are other food allergies that can have the same effect. Some of the "power" drinks have such high doses of the B vitamins that they keep the body revved up for hours and hours. These are just some suggestions that you may want to consider...hope there is some help here. And, professional help may be warranted; and if you're of an alternative medicine frame of mind, you can still get the reason(s) nailed down and then make conscious choices from there. Be well.

Sleep well
Ok now this wont help you get to sleep but it will help you get good sleep should you fall alseep.Pink grapefriut juice,works.I dont have the specifics but i read it in the good housing journal.if your not reachin rem sleep you may want to talk to your doc,there may be more at work there,than just not being able to fall asleep.Hope this helps.
