As I was the person who you centred your attack on, I accept your apology but.......in future
please double check any translations to save you further embarressment !!

I do not like censoring members posts unless I need to, as you found out with having the
wrong translation!!

Moving On.............................................

SCIATIC NERVE

The sciatic nerve is a large nerve which comes from your lower back and travels down the back of
your legs and then branches out to your feet.
It allows you to feel sensations and move muscles in your legs.
Sciatica is where inflammation or pressure from the back causes the sciatic nerve to become painful.
Sometimes, the function of the nerve can become impaired resulting in weakness or pins and needles.
Sciatica can be present with or without backache and can send pain down the back of your leg.

When I had sciatica I tried hanging from a door but in your case I wouldn't attempt that as you do need
to use the hands to hang on !!

Acupuncture is very good and I would suggest as MikeyBoab said that you could try it...it certainly helped me !!

I would have thought that any doctor who might be able to help you with your problems is better than
no doctor and asking us could give you a mis-diagnosis and therefore could damage your health more if
you acted upon it !!

Just off the topic of your health...you could post an introduction in New Members...leaving out your
health problems and telling us what you interest in Scotland is...after all we are Scotland.com

About the medcin in general

My english is not good and i can change anything about that.Tomorow i'm in Beaubourg center and i will work my english white Sheakspear and one dictionary as i do since years. In this moment ,for i perfect my english ,i study the story of King Richard 3, in one day i have read only one page, and the story was interested me by the fight of noblities as Gloster,Clarence...
I think the real problemes is i don't have ocasion to speak english. In my live i don't speak more 2 or 3 minutes in this thong.Wen i'm in the file of the entry of Pompidou center for the library some times an english speaker ask me this is the entry for the museum? and i answer :the entry of the museum is behind the building in other side but in sincerity i speak more white my hands than speak. This is one of a principal reason of my bad english.I belief if i live in area who the population speak english at that moment i will speak certainly english.
