I'll give the valerian a shot then since my sleep patterns resemble ink blots and schizophrenic brain scans.

I believe it might also discourage vampires, that could just be a myth.

I've taken melatonin, and that seems to relax me and I fall asleep really quickly. Of course, you COULD do something physical during the day to make yourself tired, so you'd fall asleep naturally.

Texasmujer, you are supposed to be a moderator on this forum, yet instead of dealing with spam you reply to the spammer... either do your job properly or resign your moderator position!

I know many have sleep disorders but frankly it is hard to accept it even between family and consider some treatment.

I can NEVER get to sleep. I end up really paying for it the next day. It can take me hours to get to sleep because i just cant stop thinking. (about crap - non important stuff). Its annoying.

I like a good cup of coffee, but I don't drink much per day, usually 1 or two cups.

I don't touch the decaf coffee but I can't see how 1 cup a day, can be carcinogenic. But then I don't know the process it has to go through, it would be interesting to find out.
