Fancy a Wee Saunter around Scotland/Britain for Heart>

Walking is good for one's health.
Peter and David are planning to walk London-Edinburgh, then continue to John o"Groats, down to Land's End, and back to London.
London to Edinburgh via East Anglia = some 560 miles. All around Britain = some 2473 miles.
Not only god for the health of these two oldies who have survived quadruple bypass heart surgery, but also good for the health of others as they will be walking for charity. For The British Heart Foundation and the Rett Syndrome Association (U.K.).
If you want more information, or want to walk part or all of it with them, from May next year, or make a donation to help get David from New Zealand to London (Peter lives in England), go look at www.seansshack.com and click on the photo of the walker (David).
And, of course, chat here about it all!
