Feeling low on energy? You may need more potassium. Make these potasium-rich foods part of your regular diet: medium baked potato (800 mg), medium banana (450 mg), spinach (420 mg per 1/2 cup), and cooked broccoli (230 mg pr 1/2 cup).

You're so right. I've known for a while that veggies give a HUGE energy boost. The vegetable supplement I take works the same way. In fact, it's a great idea to eat some raw veggies in the morning to start your day out with a bang! :-)

Ironically, all that extra energy helps me sleep like a baby, and even dream more.
