1. Wet your hands with warm running water.

2. Thoroughly lather your hands with antibacterial soap, rubbing your hands together for about 10 seconds (without water).

3. Lather the fronts and backs of your hands and between your fingers.

4. Use warm running water to thoroughly rinse your hands.
