After you handle raw meat, poultry, or seafood, you can get nasty germs like salmonella on your hands. To wash these bugs right our of your life, lather your hands with soap for 20 to 30 secons, then rinse. Don't have a clock in the kitchen? Wash your hands for as long as it takes to sing "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star" to yourself.
